Kaizen Shabu - Santa Ana

The waiter was very helpful! His I had never had Shabu Shabu before he spent the time to explain everything to me, then he helped me to get 2 delicious broth tonkatsu and creamy vegetables) and the best meat. Well worth every penny spent for the 3 of us! The owner stopped by and was so nice. Absolutely come back! The Takoyaki and Gyoza appetizers were also amazing.

For heaven's sake, reasonable price. The quality is good for the area, ok compared to a real Shabu. The staff is great. 5. Oz parts of the encounter is ok for a healthy slim person, but you can go monsters when hungry. Nice experience. Good for dating inside. Good for the family outside.

I had my first OC Shabu experience here and it was fantastic. It is located in an artsy part of Downtown Santa Ana with many street parking nearby. I choose the spicy broth and the combo meat. So I got 5 ounces of pigs and beef. Next time I would do the release option, it is a lot of food and you get to choose two broths. Beef was very good, make sure you don't let it cook too long in broth. The atmosphere was high and the staff were very nice, I can't expect to go back.

It's soooo good here! The Tom Yum is delicious, the chicken wings have so much taste I can?t even describe them. ????? very impressed, super clean, cool art work in the hallway. Great Japanese whiskeys too.

Friendly owner. The meat quality doesn't seem as good as other places. Got the kobe and wasn't as soft as I'm used to. Prices are also pretty high. Get the chicken wings, those are good and juicy.
