Firehouse Subs Center On Seventeenth

I will probably sink when I am assigned to come here to take orders for customers. I can wait and sympathize with them if I wait a long time for them to make the food, but is the attitude of the staff that looks down to customers unacceptable or are they so trained to communicate with customers? They are too young and should not have such a attitude. these were the previous times and today I had a worse experience coming here. I've waited a long time to get my order and they gave me an opened bag of food that looked very unhygienic and insecure. I asked her to close her, but they said we didn't do this here. Oh it's amazing to have this kind of service and I can't have a picture of this employee because of data breach, but she's a bit tall and has tattoos on her arms along with her employee named Nathan. If she reads this comment or the manager can, please improve her customer service and his professional in her behavior.

Had the honey ham which came lightly toasted with swiss and honey mustard for the perfect combination of flavors. I will be back.

Staff were super nice and very helpful. Had a friendly attitude, though it occupied by a TMobile Tuesdays promotion. They offered an excellent service. I would definitely come back here!
