Fia - Santa Ana

Fia has recently introduced a new favorites section to their menu, featuring two of our all-time favorite dishes: chicken liver pâté and beef Wellington. Don't forget to also sample the wine of the night - it's sure to be a hit!

The food and atmosphere at this restaurant are incredible. The intricate flavors and layers in each dish truly shine on their own. Absolutely amazing.

The weather greatly impacted our visit to this restaurant. Heavy rain made the place feel wet and drafty, as it was not weatherproofed. The food, while decent, was nothing special compared to the rich Italian history and excellent Italian cuisine we are accustomed to in Montreal and Toronto, where we can find similar dishes at a lower cost. The standout dish was the side of corn on the cob with fresh truffle shavings, which was unique and delicious. Overall, this restaurant may provide a better experience on a sunny day.

I had a great date night experience at Fia. The service from the waiters to the host and hostesses were excellent. I felt welcomed and everyone was very happy to be of service. The food, drinks, and ambiance was also amazing. I will definitely be back!
