Cancun Juice - Santa Ana

I witnessed a customer having an issue with his taco salad, but the staff handled the situation well despite his attitude and the overwhelming number of customers that day. They really did their best to manage everything! Now, onto the food—it was fantastic! I ordered fish tacos (dine-in), an asada torta, a combo of taquitos, and a large agua fresca to go. The fish tacos were excellent, and I appreciated the salsa bar, which allowed me to get as much salsa as I wanted without having to wait. My brothers devoured the rest of the food, so I can’t comment much on it, but they left no crumbs behind! The agua fresca was a bit lukewarm, so I wish I had requested it earlier or placed a separate order for it. I ended up asking for a cup of ice to fix that issue. Overall, this is a fantastic place to eat!

The smoothies, juices, and aguas frescas here are both delicious and healthy. They offer a fresh salsa bar, and the food is fantastic. The seating area is beautifully designed and decorated, with outlets and charging stations available, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.

I discovered this restaurant while waiting for my daughter; I was on my way to the Starbucks next door when the sign caught my eye. It was a hot day, and I thought a refreshing juice would be a nice alternative to iced coffee. Although the location isn’t ideal and there’s limited seating inside, there is plenty of outdoor seating available. This is a traditional Latin restaurant, so the juice is different from what you might expect—it’s thicker and less liquidy. The menu features a variety of juices made from different fruit combinations. I ordered the mango juice, and while I was surprised by its thickness, the flavor was outstanding. The pulp in the drink was an unusual touch for juice, but it was quite refreshing, and even my daughter enjoyed it. While I waited, I also tried a carnitas taco, which was delicious as well. Given the many unhealthy dining options in the mall, this place is a welcome change.

I always go to this Cancun but today was bad service ,in Google it says they open at 8am so I stopped by 8:50 and it wasn’t open the ladies in cashiers told me that they were close and she was letting the phone ring over and over so much that the cook came over and asked here if she was going to pick up the phone and she said I don’t care that’s when I said I’m out of here if that’s the vibe and respect employees have towards costumers I want no food from this place!!

You are allowed to order a torta that is nondairy but the cooks are not used to the request, so they are likely to get it wrong; they added cheese and mayo to my torta even tho i asked for no cheese no mayo. I didn 't like the Cancun juice, i recommend trying a different flavor, maybe Pepino con Limon.
