BJ's Brewhouse Santa Rosa

Created open table reservation day before when we came there, they did not make or have any reservations that I had to show them my confirmation email for them to believe that they wait us a long time for a table problem somewhere

Had a reservation for 3 people at 17.30 in a Fri night. Arrived to see many stands/tables empty, but still asked to wait 10-15 minutes before they sit. 3-4 other groups before us. The waiting staff took a while to recognize us and make menus available. The food was fine, although the man enjoyed the baked Ziti very much. Place was filled during our meal.

I was with BJ'S in the past, so I decided to take my nephew here for my birthday. Let me first say that the waitress has a lot to do with the bad administration that leads this location. It started with ordering some drinks- Sorry were from this 2x, then on the items on the menu, 3 x I had to order due to managers that they upgrade the menu and the selection limited? Sorry to give you desserts. Then they bring a salad that had left the main ingredient, but I was still calculated for the salad with the main ingredient. I'm sorry I was there too. Service Tip: Say You have the waiting staff before the time you actually have, so they don't have to go back and forth into the kitchen, then you have to tell the customer... sorry we haven't. 2.5 hours later we finally got out of the door. I will not visit this place again.

Amazing food, amazing experience!! We will be back!

We had the best time with our two kids at BJs. The service was fantastic, our kids were entertained coloring on their menus, the noise level was loud enough to drown out our kids raised voices but not so pound that we couldn’t have a conversation at a reasonable volume. Great food selection for all of us. We will definitely be back.
