Pizza Hut - Santa Ana

After many years, I was disappointed. We ordered the wing salad and the handmade pizza. The pizza was bland despite the toppings, but hot sauce helped improve it slightly. I am uncertain if the quality is the same at their other locations. We ordered a 4-piece wing dress, but only received 3 pieces as one was the wing tip. Why even serve this piece? For a large company, why skimp on quality? The taste was average, just simple roasted chicken with honey BBQ sauce (our choice) and a dip. They looked unappetizing on the plate. Will I return? Probably not.

Don't even bother with the disappointing pasta, fried chicken, or mushroom soup that may make you sick... People come here for the tasty and piping hot pizza, with its fantastic crust and fresh toppings. The restaurant has ample seating, but you may need to flag down your servers for assistance.

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The food took an incredibly long time to arrive at our table, and when it did, it was not set up properly. It seemed as though the waiter expected us to eat with our hands. We ordered only fries and a meat lovers pizza with extra pineapple, along with two colas as they were the only available drinks. The fries came with spices without asking if we wanted them, and the pizza took a long time to arrive without the pineapple we requested. When I mentioned the missing pineapple to the server, he just looked at his order pad without checking the food. Our food was taken back to the kitchen and we had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be brought out again. Despite the apparent issues, no supervisor came to address the situation. To top it off, there was a mandatory service charge included in the bill. This happened two weeks ago on April 30th, and I strongly advise against dining at this establishment to avoid a similar unpleasant experience. In fact, I now have reservations about eating at any Pizza Hut location worldwide due to this low standard of service.

I had a wonderful visit to Pizza Hut -SM with my wife. My hunger was filled with the delicious pizza and my wife ordered her favorite fetters. The service was good. I want to visit again.

Take out, home delivery or eating out. It's all possible with Pizza Hut, I go for the classic ones. In Belgium there is even a Witlovepizza, here you find local specialities but there all good and you go home with a filled stomag...Buso na...
