We really enjoyed the grounds and service. The room many questions. Why do they need motion detector in the room that lights every time one moves at night. Quite disturbing and disappointing. Also, air conditioning works with a key and can’t be operated when away from the room. Wouldn’t stay there again as comfortable hotel room is important but we felt really strange. Addition: Now I need to follow up as a result to the comments of the Masseria bellow we inquired about the ashtrays in the rooms since we had two children with us and are non smoking family. But there were ashtrays in the rooms and very strong perfume smell. Now the hotel suggests we wanted to smoke in the rooms. Yes, motion detector in room and ashtrays raise many questions as to why.

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms. However, air conditioning is on the cheap, it operates by an extra key only when you're present, and then isn't effective at all. Unfortunately, the management try to impose an overly bureaucratic system on table assignment at the restaurant, that they don't master, themselves, which usually creates chaos and wait.

Incredible place to spend your holidays with family or friends. The staff is super nice and will help you as much as they can and make your stay memorable. The food is very good and the location private but with many things to do around. Highly recommend this place if you happen to be in Puglia (Salento). Thank you for making our weekend unforgettable, we will be back for sure.

Crazy structure surrounded by greenery, spa and super pool! great place to relax and ideal also for weddings!
