Edelweiss Restaurant - Sankt Niklaus

We had a really nice time with the locals running these hotel. Phillipa and Rico are amazing hosts and we really recommend to pass by on your way to the calm side of the Zermatter hike paths.Homemade cakes here are outstanding.We'll definitely come back again ;-)

Went here on the 24th for lunch, wife had a delicious rosti and I had cheesebaked maccaroni. Both great with some hot wine on a relaxing day.

We had to settle for a cold wound made (well) by the waitress. After a day of work, a long journey under the snow and the fog and despite having warned of the time of our arrival, we dreamed of a nice dinner.

Very good meal for a reasonable budget, a warm team that has the heart to help the customer. It's the second year we're stopping there.

A search for a nice place to eat before taking the road back, we enjoyed the very pleasant reception, the fast service and an excellent meal (edelweiss an tomatensauce.) to recommend!
