Landhotel St. Florian

Hidden in a small building on the west side of 49th street north is a jewel of a Thai restaurant. I was there twice in the last week and tried various dishes and everything was amazing. for me a good tom yum goong soup is a real sign. I was only in two other restaurants that "nailed it" was in san francisco and one was in london. sila thai is the third. they have the magic mix of sweet, spicy lemongrass magie. I also had her green curry chicken and volcano chicken, both a savory joy. my friend had pad thai and said it was the best he ever had, and this man has always commanded pad thai every time he eats thai in numerous restaurants. her food presentation is also beautiful with another colored flower that strokes the dish. I hate to give this secret away because it is now my Thai Go to place, but I also want to share if I find great eating

My commentary is connected to the hotel. Unfortunately, they can't leave negative score, so I gave a star, but in reality it doesn't deserve a good note at all. I stayed or better to say I would have in this hotel for a night on...10.08.2019 communication before my arrival was good and I received the booking confirmation by post with the instruction that due to my late arrival keys are left out of the hotel in front of the hotel so that I can be able to enter as they do not have the reception in the late evening. I traveled 12 hours with two small children (ages 2 and 5) and came to the hotel that recognized these youngs to forget to leave the key, wtf! I slept in the car and if you have a family, you will know how that feels. Finally without much / every sleep I drove my trip for another 8 hours to my house risked driving among these circumstances but no better choice. Luckily we managed to get safe but not thanks to these youngs. everyone smart enough, especially those who travel should avoid this hotel unless they are ready to risk not having a sleep.

Zum Wildessen kann man dieses Lokal uneingeschränkt empfehlen.Grosse Auswahl und die dargebotenen Speisen ausgezeichnet.Sehr guter Service und ein ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Komme gerne wieder.

Das Lokal ist sehr zu empfehlen. Preiswert und gut. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, die Preise günstig, das Essen sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Besonders angetan war ich von der Gulaschsuüpe und den Spaghetti Carbonara.

Wir essen sehr oft hier , da wir in AT zum Tanken fahren. Die Hofer Tankstelle ist keine 2-300 m weit.Essen hat bei uns nie versagt, aber je jünger die Bedienung war umso unfreundlicher und unwohler wir uns fühlten. Heute z.B. war ein Paradebeispiel wie es laufen soll. Wir waren etwas zu früh, aber die Blonde junggebliebene , nette Servicedame, bediente uns ausgesprochen freundlich! Wir tranken erst einen Kaffee und kurz vor 11 konnten wir schon die Bestellung abgeben ! Das Essen war echt sehr lecker! Super Koch! Der Chef sagte auch noch Servus, als wir rausgingen!Top
