This is a gorgeous, quaint restaurant with a laid back, intimate vibe and amazing views of the manicured garden, beach and Gulf of Mexico. Our server Tonya was very attentive as was the Manager who took the time to come by our table to ask how we liked our meal. Unfortunately, my lobster bisque was very briny but, when I told him, he took it off the bill without us even sending it back. My husband did not care for his Cesar salad because the dressing was bland. However, the grouper and risotto of the day were superb and perfectly prepared. We enjoyed our meal tremendously and finished it off with a scrumptious creme brulee. If you're looking for an upscale, unique dining experience in Sanibel, you MUST try the Thistle Lodge

Wonderful! We where here during the off season. Quite and unique. Tanya was always within reach without being in the way. After a wonderful meal and dessert we headed out to the beach for a sunset walk. If we didn’t live here I would say the resort would make a perfect vacation
