Jimmy John's In Spr - Sangamon

Couldn't get my food delivered even though I've placed multiple orders with this store before. After confirming my address and double checking myself if they could deliver as I've in the past. What a crock of...

Had the Hunter's Club, chips, and a drink. The sub was excellent with lots of roast beef, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. 9/18/2023: Went for lunch. Had the regular Big John and a drink. My wife had the regular veggie and a drink. We added the potato salad and the pesto bow tie pasta salad, both new to us. They were both delicious and added to our enoyment of the meal.

Today i ordered online at 11:30am with a scheduled curbside pickup time of 12:30pm, so that i could meet my daughter for lunch at 12:45pm...i arrived and checked-in for my order, waited a few minutes then called...a recording came on saying this number is not taking calls right now ...so i waited a few more minutes, nothing...so i parked and went inside...there were about 3 ppl in line and a couple more waiting for their food...i waited for the cashier to ask to take my order and let him know that i was waiting for a curbside delivery order for about 5 minutes now...one of the guys making the sandwiches hollered out that it would be a few minutes because they were busy...i asked if the point of online ordering was so that the food would be ready when the customer arrived, he agreed and apologized...so instead of them starting my order, they proceeded to help everyone else in the restaurant while i waited...i was the last to get my order...it was 12:42pm by the time i received my order, with a sorry , no offer of a discount, a free drink, a cookie, nothing...so much for online ordering and curbside pickup, huh?...i guess you get better service going inside...unfortunately, it will be a long while before i try again.

I believe management here just straight up lied to me about crediting my online account for items they left off my order. That's theft. I'll never give my money to this business ever again.

Staff is always so kind and helpful and they pretty much always get my order right. even with a lot of changes. 10/10
