Blue Margaritas Mexican Grill

Excellent fajitas. The fundido was outstanding as well. Margarita sale made it even better.

We were passing through the area on May 6 and went for a late dinner and a couple drinks. Everything was fantastic! Arturo was our main server, but All of them were spot on. Super friendly, quick, and very accommodating. We would definitely go back when we are in the area.

The table had dirty spots, got that taken care of and moved on. Order waters and they were brought out but that was the only time we got drinks. After dropping off the food we never saw our server till long after we finished our food and my water was never refilled. The burrito was supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. These items in the burrito were very sparse with only a small amount of any in one small section not spread at all. We were going to speak to them about it but after almost 10 minutes my wife ate it before it became completely cold. He did bring the bill and then we couldn’t find him after several minutes to pay and had to go upfront and find him in the bar area. He walked away again before we even signed the CC receipt and had to find him again to ask for a receipt when attempted to give us the unpaid slip. We had to stop him from walking away to request a proper receipt.

Food was a little bland tonight, guess the normal chef was off today ?

The service was decent. Seemed a little slow but seemed understaffed so I get it. Just confused how i spent $15 on nachos and they came with no cheese... that's the best part. Disappointed.
