Bidrage med feedbackWe use the app and several times I've asked for extra meat, paid for the extra and I get home and there is no extra meat.Also we usually order 2 cookies and always have to ask about them when we pickup the order.
My husband Ordered online. a garlicy chicken and the boss. They mixed up the toppings. So my toppings were on my husband sandwich and his toppings were on my sandwich Completely different toppings completely different sauce on two with different meats. just gross!!! Highly disappointed in this store and they won’t answer the phone. So my husband is going up there even though he he has to go to work soon.
Ordered 2 subs today online was very specific about what was supposed to be on them and toasted as well. Barely toasted, poorly put together not to mention that my coupon said order online but I couldn't find a spot for the code or a way to enable it to my order.Get there to grab our subs and they were sitting out back? Why would that be?Also tried asking about my coupon because my subs were 30$ and the employee was very short and had some attitude for some reason said I couldn't use the coupon online and couldn't help me out!!? Could have re rang the order in and used my coupon?Idk dumbest experience I've had at a subway.
Ordered a BLT, with mayo only. Got all the way home and found a sandwich with bacon and mayo, only.On return, they quckly and happily repaired the sandwich. Be very specific when ordering.
Ladies were nice and very friendly. Bread was fresh. They seem to know what their doing at this subway
