Ihop - Sanford

We enjoyed breakfast at IHOP on the way to an event. The restaurant wasn't crowed because it was before dawn. Our server was polite and attentive. The food was good. The only downfall of the meals was that the hashbrowns were overcooked and too hard tochew.

One of the nicest looking IHOP I've been to. Service was not the greatest in the beginning, waited for 10 mins before a server came to the table. Sebastián became our server after noticing we were waiting for awhile, he was fantastic, he apologized forthe wait and made it his business that we were satisfied. For the other servers walking around doing nothing, please take notesfrom this young man. Oh yeah, the best orange juice!

I called to place and order and was on hold while I drove to restaurant. Got to restaurant to place a carry out order. Was told, even though I was next I line and on hold, I had to wait until all the reservations were taken care of. That done a waitress?ssister came in as I was ordering. Waitress whispered to order taker that her sister just walked in. I ordered and sister wastaken to a table by waitress before others who arrived before. I informed management who told me they were busy. I understandbusy, but how was the sister seated before the others? And why is it okay with management? They did expedite my order to shutme down. But this was not right. Go to Orlando Drive, at least you know you have to wait.

We are at the Sanford IHop every week for our River's Edge Networking group. Kele and the staff are terrific. They do everything they can to make sure our breakfast is served hot and delicious even if our meeting gets started. Way to go,Kele!!
