Gator's Dockside Lake Mary - Sanford

I didn't spend much time at Gator's, but I noticed that the menu has changed a bit. I tried the Sea Breeze Salad, which featured crispy greens, dried cranberries, tangerine segments, and candied pecans, all topped with a delightful blue cheese crumble and a nicely grilled chicken breast. My partner ordered the chicken nachos, which were served on a large plate loaded with diced chicken, tomatoes, green peppers, and accompanied by avocado and cheese sauce. It was a wonderful dining experience. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the generous portions. They also offer delicious wings and some really tasty burgers. Definitely give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Service was great and food was great. My one complaint is that the amount of Mac and cheese given is a comically small portion. I asked the server if its really supposed to be that little of a serving and she said it is measured and weighed. It was a $2.49 upcharge to do Mac n cheese as a premium side instead of a regular side. I feel like the additional cost more than pays for a full side. The grilled honey mustard wings were really good. Ranch tasted like it was made in house.

The food was pretty decent. I would be curious to know what award this award-winning wing won. They were below average and could have been fried a little more. A good example of award-winning wings are J Timothy 's in Connecticut, the much more meat are double-footed. The Gator bites were good and better than what I had in Kissimmee. The combo plate and the spinach and artichoke dip were the best options, and my party enjoyed them. The cocktail/tip selection is good. The beer area is medium. Our server, Hannah, was very nice. The host was a bit rude, but not rude. Would I come back? Maybe.

This Gator docking station is so much better than that in Melbourne, the service is great clean building clean inside and she did wings perfect, she also did the sauce the way I like it on wings, I will highly recommend this place good food good atmosphere good people

We sat with 6 children and 3 adults. server was friendly and attentive. children's meals were good portions. everything we all got from burgers to mahi tacos after cajun pasta was great. they have a small arcade area and tw is for sport something for the whole family.
