Applebee's - Sanford

I'm not a fan of Applebee's but my brother is, and it was his choice this time. My appetizer was cold in the center, and my steak was probably the cheapest tasting meat I've had in years. Our waitress was also very slow (she only had two other tables) and kept flirting with another waiter. She was also rather rude, and we never got any refills because she never came around to check.
