Papa John's Pizza, #4357

Ordered pizza to be delivered was told 30 mins to an hour… more then an hour passed so called to see how much longer it would be and was told it would be another hour and when I asked why I was told a different time was cussed out so needless to say I never got my order…. Ordered from a different place as it was cheaper….

Wanted delivery for a small pool party, but the site wouldn't ring up the order, so I had to go pick it up. Found out when I got there that the guy cancelled delivery orders due to having only one driver, which is understandable with all of the bad reviews for slow delivery time. It was done before I got there and still hot when I got home (10 minute drive each way). The pizza was light on sauce, but I actually liked it this way since a 2-year old was also partaking (less mess). I see a lot of bad reviews for this location, but I'll still give it another try. Maybe I lucked out and got a good crew on a Monday evening? If you can, just order carry out instead of delivery. I imagine the experience will be much better due to driver shortages literally everywhere...

Ordered online. Never delivered. Never got a call. Didn’t answer the phone. Had to spend 20 minutes going through the corporate phone bank exercise to ask for a refund which they did not give me and referred me back to the local store. Which of course doesn’t answer the phone. RIP to my 30 dollars

Called and tried the new stuffed crust pizza. New promotion for around $15. Thought it would be good since they have an ok rep for ok pizza. Sadly I got my pizza and the crust was like leather, no sauce on pizza, stuffed crust was goods but rest of pizza was terrible.

They are rude. My order got messed up, and I tried to get a better understanding, was offering to pay for it, not only the store manager; but the employees were all Hateful. Do not recommend this location.
