If there was a way to transfer over the front of this site GO AWAY DONT STOP HERE I would do it! Filthy, the employees don't wash hands, tables, floors or bathrooms. The service is not even differentiated, it is terrible. No ice cream for the drinks and when the manager said he had no answer or solution. The whole lobby smells like the urinal cakes from the toilets that are dirty. I have eaten in several Firehouse Subs and love the food and the atmosphere. That's not one of them.

Super disappointed. Spent 11 mice on a tiny little sandwich and it had the most basic taste you could imagine. I would have spent this money on the material and made 3 sandwiches. You couldn't have gone under.

I ordered a combo without specifying whether I grab chips or a cookie. I took the cookie after I paid, but the cashier went to me and said I had to pay extra for the cookie. Despite what I said, the menu clearly said that I could choose either chips or a cookie without an additional fee, it would not budge. I decided not to make a scene and switch to chips. Even if my sandwich was good, the whole exchange over the biscuit made a bad taste in my mouth.
