Burger King - Sandy

The atmosphere upon arrival was unpleasant, with no greeting and malfunctioning technology. A TV above the counter seemed like a permanent fixture. My order was initially incorrect and took 5 minutes to rectify, only to be wrong again. The restaurant lacked fry sauce and salt, and the fries were cold and bland. Excessive ice in my drink quickly melted, diluting it. The music selection was poor. I will not return to this disappointing BK, which did not meet my expectations from past experiences.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The price for a Whopper Jr. value meal with a large fry and drink was too high at $9.95. It seems like their ice machine has been broken for a week or more because the soda from the fountain was warm. Update: I visited again on 2/16 and the ice machine in the soda dispenser was still not fixed. They provided ice in our cups, but the warm soda caused it to melt quickly and lose its fizz.

I really like BK. This location needs some serious help, though I doubt help is on the way, because there are several issues with this location that have not been fixed in the last 2 years that I've been stopping in. Please fix your signs, your front door, and your drink machine. No one wants to pay for a drink that comes out warm and flat, and you have to ask the workers for ice. Just fix the machine.

Can be hit or miss on service, but usually pretty good. Tends to be less pricey for a good amount of food, but it's a fast food place, so that's too be expected. What sets them apart is the smokey, flame broiled flavor. It really comes through in their burgers, and their fries are almost always good, crispy and flavorful, unlike most other fast food places. Their app has lots of great value as well.

Food is usually good. They've had no ice for over a month. We had a large snow storm and they are the only parking lot not plowed.Clearly they don't have the money for upkeep and maintenance, the owner has given up and isn't willing to invest in their business anymore, or both
