Very quiet when we went. I am wondering why? The food was excellent as was the hospitality. Small but that allowed for personal service. We have used this place several times for take away meals so we decided to drop in and try the real thing. We were impressed by both the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff serving. We will return!

What a pleasant evening I had here with family in January at the beginning of the New Year, on a Saturday night! Never met such and polite front of house staff before. And even the way they treated us, very family oriented and full of respect. There was a huge variety of wonderful choices full of flavour and spice. The people at prince of India were really attentive to giving you a great meal out with excellent food and warm, friendly service. We enjoyed a range of starters and a mix of mains including the famous dish of Birmingham, Chicken tikka Balti. The BEST Indian restaurant and take out in Oldbury the food is fantastic, the friendly service unbeatable and its always delivered very quickly. A complementary drinks was appreciated too. I highly recommend this place to anyone who knows good food because you will not be disappointed. I cannot wait to go back again!

We have ordered takeaway before and we have always been impressed with the food. Last week we decided to eat in. The restaurant has recently been refurbished, new management. Intimate warm and cosy clean setting; the menu has a nice list of chef's specials along with popular dishes and the prices are very reasonable. The food was as good as I have eaten anywhere freshly cooked, perfectly spiced and good portion sizes the quality of the food shines through and it is presented well.Fantastic food, excellent service, would definitely recommend a visit! Ordered food for the 1st time 24/11, 4 curries and each one was given a huge thumbs up. Will definitely use again. Shout out to the delivery person, very polite.

Came here for a late night curry with my partner for the second time since they've revamped the restaurant. Lovely food and experience again as expected. Staff make you feel most welcome and relaxed with friendly chatter and hospitality. Thoroughly recommended.
