Dunkin' - Sandusky

I went there at 3 in the afternoon and got a 1/2 dozen of donuts and they were hard and not fresh. You probably shouldn?t have them uncovered all day and say ?fresh? donuts

While they were out of some things the staff was very friendly and accommodating one employee even went as far as to offer a hand make a hot chocolate for me after the machine was down in the middle of a rush.

Average waiting time for a cup coffee is 10-20 minutes. it is usually the wrong thing and/or cold. this is based on three driving since the opening.

They could not accept my order because they had three door Dash orders. God forbid them to actually work.

This drive thru experience was just absolutely absurd. The girl taking our order was very confused. After she finally got everything correct we finally got our food. First off, we got the wrong donuts. One of the sandwiches had cheese on it, except the cheese was still in the plastic packaging. As seen in the pictures, we ordered a hot chocolate but instead got dirty water. For your own sake, do not go here. Definitely ruined my morning
