Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant has a great location, the food was okay, but the staff did not seem interested in accommodating allergies or answering questions about ordering. There was a long wait in line to order, partly due to the busyness of the restaurant and the owner stopping to make juices and smoothies. Despite requesting a dish be made without a certain ingredient for allergies, the order still contained it. When questioning the beverages, the staff seemed uninformative and unhelpful. Overall, the lack of competition in the area allows the restaurant to be complacent with customer service. The experience was very disappointing.
I felt like trying something cool, so I bought a basic lemonade ice block from the freezer. I was shocked when the girl said it was $5. That's way too expensive. It should have been no more than $2.
The restaurant offers fantastic local views and a great atmosphere. Rosie provides top-notch service, and the coffee is excellent. There's no reason to go anywhere else in our neighborhood!
The lady who served our table was abrupt and rude. A simple request to hunt part of our order was all too much effort for them. Such a shame as the coffee was great and the view is excellent.
10 of us went there for breakfast one morning and 4 of us got cold eggs, nothing worse than eating cold eggs sunny side up won't be going back. Plenty of other eateries in the area.
