Just left: Great customer service great smiles! My smoothie was made fast, almost as soon as I was done paying and very shorty after was my food.

Much better than it was years ago. Glad I came back.

What is that smell!?This location has a smell that I have never experienced in my life.Something is rancid or rotten. It’s unbelievable.

Something I found weird about my order this morning and this was the first time I saw this in any tropical smoothie that I've visited. I ordered a smoothie and as I was observing them making the smoothie, they had a container of water sitting on the counter scooping water into my smoothie! Is this a new thing? Makes me wonder how long that water uncovered been sitting there for.

Very rude staff. At 6:51 PM on August 21, 2023 a female employee called my wife a liar on the phone and hung up on her.I called she refused to give me her name and then hung up on me too. All because of a poorly made product that was made incorrectly. Purchase it to go and did not open till we got home. Was told we should have tasted it before we left.
