Ihop - Sandbridge

There was wait at 11p, took 20 minutes to sit. Pancakes was delicious! French toast was not that good. Donut bites with icing and caramel very very tasty.

I went when it was very busy and kitchen produced good ticket times on food. Very unusual for a IHOP on peak hours. So, bravo to the kitchen staff.

Me and my two kids go to a different IHOP, Denny's, village inn and/or breakfast restaurant every morning. Most of the IHOPs we have visited have pretty good atmosphere and service and unfortunately this one did not. Nobody in the restaurant maybe 10 people and it took the waitress about 7 minutes to get to our table to ask what we wanted to drink I ordered at the same time and the food was out within 12 minutes. Once we finished eating we could not find the waitress I had to go and get a manager to cash us out. Very hot and humid inside there the weather outside is about 68° today so I'm guessing they turn the heat off or corporate controls it or whatever very humid and sticky not a good atmosphere to be trying to relax and eat. Also the lady who gave us the menus and sat us down did not offer a booster seat for my almost 2-year-old I didn't even bother asking. When we were looking for the manager it seemed everybody was in back the same lady who sat us down came over and said how many three? I said you just sat us about 45 minutes ago. Lol Definitely not on my list of IHOP's to visit again.

My family and I are regulars at a different location. Today, because we were in town center during breakfast time, we decided to have breakfast here. The entire experience was AWFUL for a number of reasons. The host who sat us had a weird demeanor, didn’t speak 2 words in response to us, didn’t give us silverware, etc. The server didn’t come to our table initially for over 20 minutes. While we waited we all got headaches because the cleaning solution used to wipe our table was extremely strong. We had to go the bathroom and get a paper towel to wipe the table in an attempt to reduce the smell. Our food was ALL really bad. Eggs rubbery, cold, cooked wrong. The topping sauces (strawberry sauce, crepe topping, Hollandaise sauce) all were weird consistency and tasted weird. My daughter found hair in her food twice. And I got violently ill before I drove home (a 16 minute drive) In addition, never got offered a single refill on any of our refillable drinks.We will NEVER visit this location again.

Service was great except the fact that the waitress over charged us 4 dollars not much but take in to consideration I gave her an eight dollar tip,first off I tip you well then I get stole from and the manager the next day only gives me 3 dollars back,bathrooms were nasty and the food was burnt,cookout makes better food it was my first experience at this place and I will never again dine here. I did not take photos cause I did not want to make a scene,I also had to keep my fiancé quiet because he was ready to leave as soon as we got our drinks because it was so cold in there. I will never return to another IHOP,IHOP has lost my service.All I got to say is watch your receipts!
