Cactus Jack's Southwest Grill In Virg

Gratuity is sneaky and explained before they get the bill for you. The food wasn 't very tasty, the food was not hot enough and was tiny. 30 usd for a drink, a tiny taco and a small bowl of soup. When I complained (well mentioned the positions were small) to the waitress her response was. I dont mind cashing you out and you can find somewhere else to eat. Fair enough. It 's an awful job. The real issue here is that I 've been ill all day after eating that and I 'm not sensitive to Mexican or Spicy food at all. Its just not good food and not good value although it looks fine! Awful Mexican. Avoid.

This was our first visit to Cactus Jack's. Caleb helped us have a great experience. We will return based on his attentive service and excellent recommendations. We had the large (huge) nachos with pulled pork. The smoked meat was excellent. We will be back to try the rest of their smoked meats based on this first excellent visit.
