Daimer - Sand in Taufers

Hello, We were here Sunday 24 Sept ‘23 with 2. What a wonderfull experience and so friendly. I had the rib eye steak and it was perfection. Thanks for having us, both dishes were excellent. price quality charming and nice interior , I guess it was brand new with wood and black steel good choice of aperitifs

Absolutely recommend! My family and I came in quite late and with food requests off the menu. However, we were welcomed and our orders satisfied kindly. The dining room was decorated nicely and it was cosy. It was such a nice experience!

This is where the locals from up in the mountains of Ahrntal go to eat...and boy was it busy. Unfortunately Very average food that seems to go back to the dark ages of cooking and flavouring with an abundance of butter. No fine dining or culinary experience to be had here. Service is slow and basic. The table decorations where nice, bread was absolutely incredible and a large salad buffet was welcomed...I think I counted 17 dishes but unfortunately the waitress was not interesting in tipping up empty plates. The restaurant has three seating areas; two new and one old. High ceilings and windows give a warm and open atmosphere. No wifi available and outdoor seating is available. I didn't like the way our main dishes came out at different times from one another and had to wait 20 minutes between courses. In an area known for good food, wine and hospitality I was disappointed. Would not recommend and would not return.

Due to the many very positive reviews we decided to visit the restaurant daimer for dinner. in the front area of the restaurant was a larger event that had probably had priority according to our opinion.Our reserved table was covered, but lacked a second water glass that was not noticed by the service power and therefore had to be reordered by us, the white wine was not sufficiently cooled, crumbled on the table (although from previous guests,) grußda from the kitchen without telling.

We ate spring rolls, deer ragù noodles and caneder them... all done very well and with the right dosages. Friendly staff and quick service. Not much choice in the menu, but this can be guarantee of goodness. Only the premises inside would be to modernize a little. However recommended
