Tim Hortons - Sanborn

This is probably the best Tim Hortons I have visited. The staff is always friendly the food is always wonderful and most importantly my cup of coffee or tea is always exactly what I ordered. The best so far!

Some kind of nasty paper in my drink.. drank all of my cappuccino to get that in my mouth.. NASTY NASTY NASTY.. I want to puke

Stop at drive thru, tried to order 2 Different panini's, was told they were out of both steak chicken..... hmmm not very well run. Lost a customer.

The Tim Hortons in Sanborn is one of the worst stores I have ever visited. It is unfortunate that it is the closest one to where I live. They are frequently out of products, including ice tea. At 2 pm, they were out of ice tea and unable to make more unless a supervisor was present to authorize it. This situation is ridiculous. The Tim Hortons on Military Rd and 31 always has everything available no matter the time of day or evening. They prioritize customer service. It seems that if you want good service, you have to be willing to drive for it.
