Starbucks - San Xavier

Drive true was closed and long waiting time for just a coffee.

Hot drinks were watery. No flavor at all. Waited 25 minutes for watery hot chocolate. Spinach wrap was soggy and cold.

Me and my nana went to this Starbucks and my nana has never ordered anything here before and she wanted a coffee and the person who took our order Jay,explained it very nice to her and told her the different coffees they have and it was very nice of him to explain it to her I’m glad we went.

Rude employees and nasty drinks I have gotten all the time never going

I was the only customer in the store and it took 20min to get my drink despite there being six people behind the counter. The girl called out she was making my drink, I went up to check ten minutes later and it still wasn’t done. She messed it up, dumped off the top loosing coffee. I’ve been to thousands of Starbucks from New York to Washington and this was one of the worst services.
