Guadalajara Original Grill - San Xavier

One of the best Mexican restaurants in Tucson. Highly recommend the guacamole and salsa freshly handmade in front you by the table. The chimichanga is jumbo size (twice the size of a burrito you would get from chipotle). This place can get busy with a long wait time.

We were kindly greeted and told a twenty minute wait, sweet. Five minutes or less and we're seated, cool. Chips and salsa yay! Ordered queso and more chips yummy this is going great. Nearly an hour after being seated the birthday girl gets some of her food, fajitas steak and tortillas no sides. Few minutes later the food for the remaining three of us comes out. (By now the table seated after us was paying there bill and leaving) Two of the meals as you probably guessed were barely warm. My cold food was a chimichanga, any idea how long that thing has to sit to break room temperature under a heating lamp? I've cooked professionally my guess thirty minutes or more. I've always had a good experience here. Best guess they should have made us wait the twenty minutes so we could have a better experience.

We visited this restaurant yesterday, had a variety of margaritas and some of the most Delicious food you ll ever wish to taste. Tortillas are made there in the restaurant where you can see and Salsa is made at your table by some of the most Beautiful people dressed in the most Beautiful outfits that you can Dream of. This is a #1 rated restaurant and Restaurant with the very Best Mexican Food you ll ever Eat. It is the Best I have had and I've been all over the World.

On vacation with our dog, They have a great outdoor patio area , Dog friendly. Loved the Fresh made salsa cart. Friendly servers. Food is really good, We went their twice.

Have eaten here many times and is consistently very good. Large portions (2 days for us)
