Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches

Waited a super long time. Workers were nowhere to be found upon entering the restaurant. We placed an online order and arrived 20 minutes later and they hadn’t even taken the order ticket from their computer. We had to wait over 20 minutes after arriving for food to be made.Staff was very apologetic though, and offered us free cookies and drinks.

Worst service EVER. Been waiting 10 min for this lady to just be on her phone giggling and not working on my order.

Food was tasty and beautifully presented. A lil' pricey though.

$20+ For three maybe four ounces of meat on a sub with chips and a drink is absolutely outrageous. Firehouse Subs is $5 cheaper for the same thing and it is a better product. Will not be returning to Baggin's.

Well handled situation by ManagerAs I was waiting for my food I witnessed an interaction between a gentleman and the manager of the location. The man ordered a soup on line then instructed the staff(manager) to give him an extra soup . She politely notified him he ordered one soup and if he would like another she would have to charge him. He rudely responded and told her no you don 't need to charge me she explained that she would, due to food cost, he mumbled something and started to walk away. She tried to give him his on line order as he was walking away and shouted at her. As a manager of a business I just wanted to recognize this manager for being able to be disrespected by a rude person for doing her job and still be respectful as she addresses the situation.
