Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant itself it's quite pretty, right on the beach. Tables are far apart and the lights are dim, maybe a bit too much as it made it tricky to read the menus properly. Some other guests had their phone light on to read. The menu is quite limited, wine list was brought after a while and the pages were coming off. The menus could do with a change of graphics on the cover, not as sophisticated as the restaurant. No bar menu/cocktail list in sight. Lobster pasta was very tiny, no much lobster in it: half head, a tiny bit of tail and a claw. Seemed pretty absent in the pasta sauce. The octopus was even smaller, not much to it and not so tasty. Beautifully presented though. Worst part was the service. We waited ages to order, not have been asked for drinks, no bread brought to the table coperto was 2.50 and stated included the bread we never saw). 3 waiters walking around clueless, while the only waitress was doing it all. She was nice and friendly. The limited choice of desserts was even smaller as they run out of most of them. We spent 60 euros for 2 main courses, a bottle of water and an aperol spritz. Way overpriced for the quality of service given and the not so outstanding food. Oh and the sammontana fridge right next to the bar was an eyesore, completely out of place. The designers would be horrified. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Coming for an aperitif, I take a spirit and my husband a drink (he can't drink alcohol as he has had a bad operation) they bring me 3 small pizzas turned inside out, I ask if I can have some chips as an alternative (I don't eat cheese) I get said he had nothing. I turn over the pizzas...they are burnt!!!! After a moment, hearing that I will give a terrible review, 3 pieces of bread with ham are brought to me. . What can I say!!! Better to keep quiet... Beautiful evening with a breathtaking view of the sea in an environment appropriate to the context and elegant despite the evocation of fishing. We ate really well and all dishes exceeded expectations. The linguine with lobster was fresh and constituted a single dish, the lobster was tasty, the sea bream with almonds was cooked very well and was crunchy and the frying was pretty dry. The diners were also satisfied with the octopus even though I personally don't eat it for ethical reasons and I found it too present on the menu. Kind and attentive staff. Local wine. The average price. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Spago Con Astice, Fritto Misto Di Pesce
Very particular place, distant tables (not all close together) but above all super sea view! Excellent food quality. There was a small unexpected event with the wine but in the end they very kindly offered it to us! Gesture appreciated. I highly recommend it. Ah... book! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
