Peet's Coffee - San Ramon

When you?re ordering food you shouldn?t be ordering from someone who has multiple bullrings and other nose piercings (I think I counted 5 in just her nose plus a stud in her forehead amongst other facial piercings and tattoos. Seriously, a piercing or two is one thing but what happened to grooming guidelines? After I got my coffee (ended up passing up the food ???? I sat down at a dirty table and noticed filthy floors, windows as well as the creamer/napkin island stand. Will not be back.

One of the best of Peet?s places! It tastes even better than it looks : Stopped by here in the morning, during lunch time, afternoon coffee is always great! Kudos to baristas at this location!!!

Peet?s Coffee. Always the best. Beats Starbucks every time. Amazing how many people don?t know this. This is a great location with great staff. Recently they set aside a pound of coffee beans I paid for but forgot to pickup. (The store was closing mid-day due to a PG&E power cutoff so I had hurried out. They kept it for me and had it waiting for me the next day. Nice!

I visit this Pete?s coffee quite frequently. I was going to Starbucks but I discovered I like the coffee at Pete?s better. The app is reasonably easy to use once you figure it out and you can tip the barista?s easily compared to Starbucks. The employees are really nice. Once I was in a hurry and I scheduled the wrong time to pick up my coffee and some snacks and when I went in they went ahead and rushed it anyway so I can get to my appointment on time. I went back later and even before I could tell them they said last time you were here or you forgot your pumpkin bread and we were hoping you would come back to get it. It?s also across the street from Whole Foods which is next to HomeGoods target is the same shopping center and right across the street is the San Ramon city center. They have a little patio on the side. It gets a little noisy with the traffic but if you want to sit outside it?s available.

I have just experienced the worst customer service, clearly she needs coffee or something to alleviate her poor impatient attitude. Young petite yet solid size Oriental lady you need to learn some customers service; it's not my problem if we cannot hear clearly throug masks with such loud music. Your rolling eyes and mistaken my orders demonstrate that you have problem. I usually have very friendly service here but this morning, Nope.
