Cha Thai Bistro - San Ramon

Decent place to have lunch. Thai basil fried was very good. Fried calamari and shrimp are not worth it. Overall good ambiance and customer friendly.

The food was okay, but my review is based on the fact that they added an unauthorized tip. Watch out if you are going to eat here. The staff seems nice but keep a copy of your receipt and double-check your credit card transaction a few days later.

Food was amazing!!! We got the Pad Thai and the Pineapple fried rice. Best Thai food I've ever had and I love Thai food! Waitress was so sweet too.:

Food was really delicious and flavorful! We definitely found our new go to spot for Thai food 20mins before closing. I appreciate them taking us on short notice. Our server named Mony was really nice. She was so attentive with great customer service. She always asked how we were doing, packed our food (who does that?! , treated us like family, was very warm and welcoming, jokes, and plated the food elegantly on the table. Mony, being the only server, was so hard at work taking care of all the patrons with lots of warm kindness and care. Her care towards customers was more superb than other restaurants that considered themselves five star. Overall, great food and fantastic customer service. If I could recommend a Thai restaurant to a friend, this place would be the one! Thank you again for a wonderful evening out! We will be back for more delicious food. Happy holidays!

This is the best Thai restaurant in town! It's a must-try, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
