Blue Martini - San Rafael de Escazu

Excellent customer service, simply delicious food. A couple of places have a good time.

We arrived and were told they do not take reservations even when I showed them my reservation. Luckily found a table and tried to order food. Placed our order after being told they only had four things to choose from. Then she came back and said they only had flatbreads left. Spilt the bill with another couple and come to find out the waitress put both charges on our bill. Will not be back

Very good service, excellent attention. Time a little long considering the restaurant was empty. There were no ribs New York on the menu says it's 14 ounces when it's actually 10-12onz. The meat was a little hard. The salmon is very good.

The place is beautiful and has an interesting design with the exposed kitchen but the noise level by orders is high. They hear screams constantly. Food is acceptable, nothing extraordinary but extremely expensive. If I'd come back but later when they have more experience. The service is good since we had an unfortunate event with one of the dishes we asked for and they knew how to handle it well.

The journey unfortunately did not meet expectations.
