Employees were very courteous of my order. I have the reese Mocha mix, tasted just like a real sweetness I really enjoyed!

Her tropical smoothie is the best darn smoothie I ever had in my life!

A little slow but my son and I both really enjoyed our drinks: an above average cappucino and a strawberry lemonade. Their hot dogs were good too

I go here on a daily basis. I carefully constructed Mom and Pop with trusty consistent tasty food and beverage. Meander the menu, you can't go wrong.

This was my first time experiencing a snarky female customer service at this establishment. On Sunday, October 3rd at 2 pm, I ordered a Root Beer Freeze/Root Beer Shake from a redheaded customer service person who then transferred me to another customer service lady with a very bad attitude. She insisted it was a root beer float, but I explained that I wanted it mixed up like a shake. The conversation continued with a debate over the difference between a Root Beer Float and a Shake. I mentioned that her attitude was unpleasant and she threatened to refuse service. I asked if I could have a blended Root Beer Float, something I have ordered at this location before, but she denied my request. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me and questioned why I needed to know. As a San Rafael business owner, I was extremely disappointed with her lack of customer service.
