AWC did not deliver the type or amount of food that was agreed upon. Their responses afterward showed they did not care. We eventually agreed upon a resolution, which they then totally ignored.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! Everything from the moment of first contact, through to the end of my wedding day, was simple and easy, and just the way I wanted. My husband and I didn't have much of an idea of what we wanted, only that it taste good equally for folks who were both adventurous and not so adventurous with their cuisine habits. We loved all but one dish from the tasting, and got a recommendation for a replacement that was to die for. We had butternut squash soup shots, and a korean kebab, beef bourguignon, roasted vegetables, and a couple of other items. I got compliments all afternoon about how good everything was and it was exactly as it had been the day of the tasting. Ann and Janice were both so wonderful throughout the process, were quick to offer tried and true advice for the venue and other industry knowledge. The staff the day of made sure to set aside appetizers for us so we could do socializing and photos and still have some. They even brought us plates and ensured we never wanted for anything. It was truly splendid, and above and beyond what I could have hoped for. My whole wedding, I wanted it to be simple and easy. I wanted to go with the flow and just take the day as it came, and I couldn't have asked for a better team to do it with. Truly a dream come true!

Ann catered our wedding of 120 people at Haas-Lilienthal House last month, and it was amazing! Ann and her team were very easy to work with throughout the entire process, and I LOVED that they let us purchase the booze for their bartenders ourselves. They even carted the leftover beverages back to their kitchen after the event, and we'll be drinking well through winter : Ann's team is really a one-stop shop, including not just the food but the servers, bartenders, transport, and rentals. It was a relief not to have to deal with other moving parts like you do with some other caterers. We loved Ann from the moment we met her, and you can just tell that this isn't her first rodeo. She didn't bat an eye with any request, and every single thing that we tasted was incredible. We wanted the food to be pretty veggie-heavy but still filling, and they executed it perfectly. A friend of mine with Celiac disease even got her own special plate of gluten-free food. The crew was very hands-on the day-of, and I almost feel like I wouldn't have hired a coordinator if I'd known how great they would be! My only piece of constructive criticism is that it would have been nice if they could have put a little box of food aside for us newlyweds to enjoy after the wedding. We did a cocktail style reception, and although they brought us plates of bites to eat, we really didn't have time to eat them while we were there, and I wish we could have just eaten them at the end of the night!

Ann saved our party, marriage, and sanity! She's so pleasant, easy going, professional, organized, and flexible. We hired her to cater an afternoon party for 50, which quickly grew to 65 guests. Then, we had to switch the date--twice. She hung in through all our changes. A week before the event, my mom died and I was out-iOS-town to be with Mom before she passed and deal with things immediately after. Ann was willing to let me out of the contract. We decided to have the party anyway and she did an amazing job! The food was fantastic! Guests raved about her sliders, pate, and crab cakes. The service was impeccable. She set up and cleaned up so we had nothing to do but enjoy our guests. Ann was flexible with the food, too. We had tons of chips, guacamole, and salsa, which she welcomed. I recommend Ann to anyone. She's great!
