San Rafael River Adventure

The setting here is beautiful and tranquil, making it a place I'd love to return to. However, the presence of bedbugs has given me second thoughts. We stayed in the glamping area last weekend, and all of us ended up with numerous bedbug bites. Additionally, the ATV guide service was lacking; they didn't explain how to operate the vehicles until we asked for assistance. The ATV assigned to my sister frequently stalled, and the guide blamed her for it. To make matters worse, the guide was using his phone while driving and showed little interest in helping us. Overall, the ATV experience was not worth it.

I spent two days and a night at this restaurant for a company retreat, and we had a fantastic experience. We really enjoyed the range of activities available. I particularly appreciate how the venue is designed to embrace nature, providing a perfect environment for guests to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of Manila.

There are a few areas for improvement: first, better sound insulation is needed for the cottages near the parking area. Additionally, it would be great if they could serve breakfast using reusable utensils instead of the plastic containers they currently use. These plastic containers come with additional containers for condiments, which isn't environmentally friendly, especially since they dispose of waste by burning it.

We ventured off the beaten path and were pleasantly surprised! We had breakfast, and oh my, it was delicious! I tried their tapa and ordered extra bangus. Both dishes came with rice, eggs, and salsa, making it a fantastic value for money! Even their brewed coffee was excellent and served extra hot! The view was wonderful too! P.S. My family loved it, especially my 74-year-old mom!

The shower rooms and restrooms should be maintained more thoroughly, as cleanliness needs improvement. Some of the door locks are already broken. On a positive note, the staff is courteous and responsive to requests.
