Jollibee - San Rafael

Service is very slow. Management needs to do some changes because whenever I go through the drive thru, my order takes forever to make. People choose the drive thru for convenience, we shouldn’t have to wait a decade for a few orders of “FAST FOOD”.

I came by to eat one night. I typically get my stuff to go, but that night I wanted to eat at the spot. They are back to just clearing the tables, not sanitizing or anything. Also lots of flies!

Food is typicallyJollibee, good enough. Parking is an absolute joke, scooters and tricycles occupying 90% of the bays, despite there being a dedicated area for them, it means there is nowhere for cars to park while waiting for orders. The guards should be preventing this but they don,t.

Well its pretty good except the in out of drive thru together...

I'm happy to dine-in in Jollibee San Rafael because they have no discrimination between vaccinated not vaccinated...
