El Pollo Loco - San Rafael

Updated review.4-23-24. After taking a few weeks away from this location. I decided to give them another chance as we all have bad days. The food has been up to par over last two weeks and the service Is above average as always.Not sure whats going on but my last two meals were spit out gross. Normally a solid meal but last two weeks been horrible.

Cold oily chicken... served by disorganized, poorly trained staff...

Dietary restrictions: There is a lot of healthy food like protein and vegetablesParking: There is plenty of parking.

Today I had the opportunity to go and try the Pollo loco food and they are very delicious and healthy.

I really like this place today I came to eat and the food was very delicious. Thank you for the attention of those who work there.
