There for breakfast, as it was already open at 8 o'clock. As expected, breakfast options are not vegan, but they had a falafel sandwich. Unfortunately they were made of Pita bread and the regular bread is not veganso we improvised and I ordered hummus with extra falafel, which was really, really good and filling. They gave me corn tortillas because they are vegan. (Instant coffee and tea was also free for me who did not stay at the hotel. I liked a lot that they offered soy milk: it is a really sweet place that belongs to a hotel. Service was super friendly and was familiar with the term vegan.
