The woman working had terrible attitude. I definitely will not be coming back

When it first opened, it was such a good place with authentic flavors. Now I suspect that they use Snapple to flavor their tea, or just put juice and toppings in the cup altogether. The Elegant Rose Royal Tea used to be so floral and fragrant, but now it tastes like juice. No flower petals, no delicate flavor.. just juice. It’s not terrible, just what you pay for. They should really hide the flats of Snapple that they have sitting on the floor to at least give the illusion that they have authentic Taiwanese boba.

They forget to add sugar on my boba . I ask them 30% but I got 0% sugar and I hate the taste of it.

Only problem is order takers should be understandable
