A hidden Gem in El Salvador’s south eastern shore!! The view and atmosphere are the most appealing things in the establishment, the employees do a great job taking care of the guest, the food was good and simple and complementary to your stay. Considering what’s around you in the area, this place is it. Came here for one night in August 22 and stayed for 2.

The place is nice, but the food is bad you expect another thing.

Very pleasant, buffet included, the service is top notch, the live entertainment, details like water bottles in the room after cleaning, soda refills, snacks in middle of day. And security 24/7, unmatched, right now is best between Blue surf in El cuco and Los Mangos en la Periquera

My wife Doris Fuentes made a reservation for April 18 2021 she Request space for a glorieta (tent) close to the pool or Ocean view because we have senior lady that’s 83 years old. When we arrived 2 ladies at the from desk we’re very rude! They didn’t care about our requests and they give us whatever they had left and we accepted it but it was not what we had requested, I asked them if they can give us to a different one closer to the pool, but they didn’t care they just give us whatever they wanted, I requested an extra hamaca but we had to wait because they said they didn’t have an extra one, then I asked for table with an umbrella to have at least to see the Oceanview they said they didn’t have an umbrella but they always said everything was reserve but I don’t see much people, there were empty tables with the umbrella and empty glorietas at the time that we arrived. Glorietas number 1 and #5 were empty but they gave us #9 which was far away from the sea and from the pool. The customer service was terrible The only person Who trying to help us is a gentleman named Ever Bonilla, I think he work as a security of the place and we explained what happened and I told him that we weren’t happy about the 2 ladies at the front desks, he’s the one who made us feel more comfortable and provided us with the 2 hamacas and the umbrella that we needed for the table for where we were sitting.

So I came here for my Birthday and it was an ok experience. The view is breathtaking, they have 3 pools, the restaurant and food were ok, HOWEVER, the rules from this resorts are really mediocre, the pools are open from 8 am to 8 pm, the kids pool opens at 10 and closes at 4. Literally everything closes really early and the food options were limited, they messed up our orders twice. There was not entertainment at all. The manager Guadalupe and the staff were really nice to us, they deserve 5 stars, she really tried to accommodate us as much as she could. I might give them a second chance in the future when I come back to El Salvador.
