Bidrage med feedbackA special vegetarian restaurant tucked in San Miniato by the talented Chef Fabrizio Marino everything was so delicious. You can eat a la carte or choose a tasting menu. I highly recommend selecting the tasting menu. All of the dishes were creative, super flavorful, and made with such love. Definitely deserves a Michelin. Great ambiance and service. Can't say enough good things we loved every bite (especially the egg and beetroot rice dishes). Definitely will be back.
A culinary experience unlike any other. The imagination and vision of the menu only compares in excellence to the welcoming and warmth of the staff. And you must try the gazpacho! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!
Great vegan haute cuisine in exciting courses! Magggese served us a fantastic, diverse and creative 5 course vegan menu and we were delighted. Wine recommendations were on point, as was the very attentive service. Recommended for a night out with delicious and attractive dishes.
If they happen to be in san miniato or near it, please make the gunst and reserve it with maggese. we had the pleasure to feed on maggese and chef fabrizio and luis alexis gave us an unforgettable evening that we will appreciate for a long time. every dish that was served, all the sensual, and they are blown away by the taste and texture of each of them. eating that is served is expression of love and passion for art and when they leave the restaurant, they find themselves high in the culinary clouds. buon appetito
Molti piatti vegani, quasi tutti, e c'è la possibilità di veganizzare anche gli altri. Tutto è già specificato nel menu. Si tratta di un locale molto formale, i camerieri hanno spiegato ogni portata (abbiamo scelto il menu di degustazione), mostrando un grande livello di classe. Il menu di degustazione comprende 5 portate (porzioni piccole), il prezzo potrebbe sembrare elevato, ma la cura nel servizio e la composizione delle portate giustificano appieno il costo.
