In addition to this core service, the employees are the best customer service. the planned taxi pickup did not go as expected. instead of that I told everyone who was afraid of the gm, rene marin, heard the problem and without thinking he would take me to the airport. while there is a short car ride 15 minutes, the fact that he in and solved the problem secures the highest lob possible. so yes, good location, fair prices, clean equipment and qualify customer service from arrival to departure.
I was a day early to my son and his friend in sfo (thanks to nakedby and I live almost 4 hours away so I needed a place to stay. the personal was so nice. they gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste, because I had nothing with me. I've never been to a hilton garden inn that I didn't like.
The worst customer service. late evening and there is a mix that will cancel my reservation instead of giving us the available room for our reservation price, they wanted to recharge us more! ends up looking for a room for $40 less than our reservation price on the beautiful crowne plaza. you could really learn some excellent customer service skills from them!
Maribel was so helpful when booking and check-in. ruben was very warm and makes our breakfast pleasant. ernesto and rogelio cook for us perfect breakfast. we really enjoyed our stay.
Decent hotel for a 2 night business trip. Breakfast buffet is not included but has very good offerings of cold and hot food/drink items, but liked especially with the made to order chef section. Reminder to self to bring a bathing suit next time!
