Pizza E Non Solo - San Marinella

Small village rotisserie. The very kind ladies, also open on Sundays until after 2.30 pm. Practically a lighthouse in the night!! We were returning from the castle of Santa Severa, where they had organized an event that was not managed very well. Hungry and exhausted from the heat, we find them... with the counter full of all sorts of delicacies!! White pizza to be filled at the moment, pizzas topped with various flavours, lasagne, baked chicken, meatballs with sauce, potato croquettes and arancini... I can't tell you the joy at 3pm!! Obviously everything is good and I'm not saying this out of sympathy. Excellent artichoke and asparagus lasagna, focaccia stuffed with mortadella and chicory... not too oily, crunchy at the right point, and the mortadella beautifully fragrant Inside there are also small tables where you can sit and eat. God bless these lovely ladies! If I were to return, they are definitely a point of reference. Advised. ps: hello also to the cheerful and assiduous customers who are friends of the place... local people, friendly and kind. They cheered up our stop. The Apulian boys.
