The Pita Guys - San Marcos

Stopped in for a Mediterranean salad topped with their beef and lamb. Meat was very tender and flavorful. Overall good experience. Will be back.

The place has gone downhill. Jalapeno sauce used to be herbs and jalapeno blended but now it's this weird liquid sauce. Rice isn't fluffy anymore. The meat is flavorful though and the cucumber yogurt was tasty. They also didn't have AC on and it was hot AF today. If they turn off AC to save money I would think they could lower prices but nah places want to double dip by raising prices and turning off AC. I won't be going back. Quality control is going downhill and every time that happens I'm disappointed every time. Sort of like chipotle, it was great and every time back has slowly been more and more disappointing.

Great place to eat at If you like eating clean ?pita guys ? is the place . Call before hand if you?re moving fast just to make things quicker . Employees are amazing every time I come in an I always leave a TIP to show My Love Appreciation.

LOVE the Hummus. Their Chicken Shawarma is recommended. Super good. Rice with almonds is always on point (they will ask if you?d like almonds on top of it). Other side I got was Mediterranean Salad.

So worth the drive! I've loved this place since I lived 5min away and now I will drive 30min every once in a while to get it. This is a PLATE, half shawarma chicken and half beef/lamb. It comes with two sides, rice with almonds and pita or pita chips, I got two servings of Mediterranean salad. I also got a side of garlic hummus that comes with pita chips but I got extra pita too. This is definitely enough for two meals! You can share or have for lunch and dinner like me. The staff is family driven and everyone is always so kind and understanding. They go above and beyond to make your food and experience great.
