Subway - San Marcos

The store refuses to order a refund for not in stock online. The communication of Sean West, General Manager, is not existent.

After arrival, I had to wait for my pick-up order because not enough staff to serve the customers in the lobby. When I came home and opened my order, both sandwiches I ordered were completely wrong. They did not write the right ingredients of bread properly cheese and they were not roasted, but cold. That was a very laborious experience. I wouldn't even give him a moderate assessment. Better subway!

Horrible service took us 15 minutes to get our food made properly, and the mild aged woman making it coughed on one of the sandwiches. Also did not wrap our sandwiches properly and shoved it into the bag and it fell apart.

They never have the ingredients and they hire kids that clearly don't wanna be there.Food: 1/5

The worst sandwich I've ever had. I should have chosen something else, I suppose. I've given Subway multiple chances, but the quality just isn't there. Plus, the prices are too high. It's really disappointing. Food rating: 1/5.
