Neto's Mexican Food - San Marcos

To be honest, this restaurant is not very nice. I wouldn't mind if the prices were lower to match the poor quality. Paying $13 for a tasteless carne asada burrito on a paper plate, surrounded by dirty tables and floors, with flies buzzing around and windows and doors covered in old hand smears, is a bit much. Despite the friendly staff and quick service, I can't understand the 4 to 5-star reviews. I doubt I would return to eat here again.

This is the best Carne Asada burrito I've had in a while. The fresh chips were also delicious. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Neto's!

The guy working is high and messed my order up, wasted 15 mins of my break

I recently visited this place based on prior reviews, and it was absolutely worth it. The food Was so good. I had the mini carne asada tacos, And the tortillas and Carne Asada were so good. The salsa was very flavorful and delicious. Definitely will visit this place when I’m back in town.

I have moved around a lot in the last decade and every time I do, I go through the process of finding a place with good Mexican food. For San Diego County, Neto's is it. Food is always A1 and the staff is great. It’s one of the only taco shops me and my wife eat at in North County.I have moved house many times in the last decade and every time I do, one of my priorities is to find a place where there is good Mexican food. For San Diego County, it's Neto's. The food as well as the service is excellent. It's one of the few taco shops in North County where me and my wife eat.
