Mochi Ramen - San Marcos

The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the interior is clean and visually appealing. The food is delicious! We tried both the ramen and poke, and both dishes were fantastic. Some reviews mention that it's pricey, but we found that the portions, especially for the poke, are quite generous. The woman who prepared our poke was patient, clear in her instructions, and cheerful. Overall, it has a lovely atmosphere!

I absolutely love this place! I dine at Mochi at least once a week. The chicken shoyu ramen is to die for! My coworker has become just as hooked on the poke bowls as I am on the ramen. The restaurant has a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, and the decor is uniquely relaxing and cool. The staff is phenomenal—extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with first-time visitors who might be unsure about ordering. You haven’t truly experienced ramen until you've eaten here! My stomach is growling now, so I guess today is a ramen day. Yum!

The best ramen I've ever had! The vegetarian option is fantastic! I'd never tried a vegetarian ramen bowl before, so this was definitely a perfect place to start!

Tonkotsu Ramen is ok, but pork broth is too salty and chashu pork is way too sweet. Still probably the best in San Marcos, but if you like Ramen and know what real ramen is you will be disappointed.
