Hopdoddy Burger - San Marcos

GREAT burger, fries, beer combo. We all enjoyed our Classic and Goodnight burgers, with the best softest buns. The fries were excellent a bit heavy on the salt but the shareable bowl was plenty for all three of us. I was surprised that the draft beer selection was as limited, but it had variety and I really enjoyed the 512 Pecan Porter. Plenty of parking nearby, and close to other hot spots for entertainment and coffee. We?ll be stopping by this place again on our journeys up I 35!

My brother raved about this place, so we decided to go to it to celebrate some birthdays. I got the Hot Nashville Chicken and it was quite tasty. My hubby got the Magic Shrooms, he said the ingredients were tasty but the patty was a bit dried. My brother tried the Reuben and it was a bit heavily dressed where you couldn't taste anything else. My mom decided to go with a burger bowl with the classic, we thought it was a bit funny that they didn't cut up the patty into strips or something as the presentation was a bit weird. The fries were decent, you can really share an order with your party.

Elbandito veggie burger a black bean and corn patty with onion argula basil pesto guacamole chipotle aioli and goat cheese with parmesan truffle fries. Llano poblano beef oatty L T O bacon chipotle aioli pepper jack cheese pablano peppers with parmesan truffle fries. It was awesome food was hot tasted really good was ready when we went to pick it up. There is a very varied menu I reccomend you try it. They serve wine beer mixed drinks shakes give it a whirl see how you like it.

Always a sure bet, great food and drinks. My magic shroom burger was well made, a good balance of flavors. The truffle fries were cooked superbly, not too greasy, well seasoned. The paloma was delicious and refreshing. So good!

My wife and I first came in the evening and the place was a mess. The tables and floor were not clean. The young lady at the register was picking her face and hair which turned out stomachs so we immediately left the establishment. We were craving for gourmet burgers so we gave it a second chance. Mandy turned our experience upside down. She was professional and listened to our concern with the first experience. The burgers came out perfect and juicy. The drinks fulfilled our thirst. The cleanliness of the establishment looked much better.
